A. Real Estate Daily Flyers Let us help you with your business-to-business networking. Choose one of our "Daily Flyer" templates, complete our checkout procedures and then simply email the URL (web address) of the website showing your listing including text and images. If there are any other special instructions you can include this as well. We'll take it from there. You don't have to worry about making your images or text fit a certain format or size box, we'll do it for you. If you have your own e-mail lists you want to distribute your flyers to, that's no problem either. We can create your own private campaigns. Your lists will remain confidential and will not be accessed or used by anyone else.

B. Online Brochure Create your own On-Demand webcast using still images and/or streaming video and have your own TV on the Internet to showcase your projects, products and current listings. Create how-to instructional webcasts to show clients how they to install or operate your products. You provide the material and we’ll pre-stage your webcast for you including image editing, image loading and text development. You simply add your voice.

C. Business Webpage & Directory A webpage within My Finer Homes provides businesses with the opportunity to have a fully functional webpage with leading edge technology, access to business leads through the members-only business directory and the high traffic generating capabilities of My Finer Homes. All business member webpages come with its own personalized contact form with auto-responder and is custom-designed and maintained by MFH staff professionals.

D. Business Banner Ads Banner ads are rectangular-shaped web ads (160 pxl x 90 pxl) for your business that can be placed on MFH home page, industry page or your own business page with embedded click-on links that can take the viewer to other webpages within MFH or external to another website or to multimedia presentations. Banner ads are displayed on the MFH home page and industry pages in random order and are changed each time the web page is refreshed. Members can choose Banner ads with multiple weight factors (WF) that increase their view rates

E. Real Estate Listings A complete real estate listing website within our online magazine is available to our real estate members. Our Real Estate Listings includes a comprehensive search engine specifically dedicated for our listings. Viewers can search our listings based on locations, square footage or price. Each listing includes pictures, descriptions, hyper-linked driving directions from MapQuest and links to their sites or applications (virtual tours, etc). Thumbnail and enlarged image views are standard. Each detailed listing will be displayed with a mortgage calculator for convenience to our viewers.

F. Business Directory Industry Page Ads Businesses may choose to place full, ½ page or ¼ page ads on the industry pages to which the business relates. These ads may contain hyperlinks, and can be presented as web casts. Each industry page is limited to one full page or 1-½ page ad & 2-¼ page ads

G. Video e-Mail Plan My Finer Homes, through its corporate parent, NetSolve, LLC, offers its advertising business members their own video email account for creating and sending video email, video webcasts and the unique Kall Me VoIP. We’ll set-up your account and manage your video campaigns for you!

I. e-PostCards Now viewers can send postcards to friends and family for free. Place your advertising on one of the ePostcards in our Gallery or we'll design one for you. Have a current home listing or a product you would like to display in the form of an e-PostCard? No problem, we can create it for you then you can use the e-PostCard mailer system yourself to send it out to prospective clients. For extra exposure, we can create a stamp with your image on it which gets affixed to our E-PostCards when mailed.
